The report’s smug assessment of our family’s living conditions is summed up as follows: “The fact that Subject and his family reside in a third floor apartment in a rather ordinary row house section of Baltimore, coupled with the fact that their telephone has been disconnected for nearly a year and the fact that the Subject drives a 15 year old 1937 Dodge sedan, would indicate that Subject and family are not in a very prosperous condition financially.”
