RP 92 Julia as CP Group Captain

After the Forest Park Club was broken up into smaller groups following passage of the Ober law, FBI reports identified her as a group captain who supervised three to four separate CP clubs. “Her duties, according to informants, require that she collect dues, supervise meetings and insure that proper distribution is made of CP literature. Subject likewise serves as liaison between CP members under her control and the local functionaries of the CP.”
